Prom Dress Rental

Once payment is received Designer will contact the client for more details regarding design.
We charge a $1200+ upon pick-up. This is a protective measure to ensure all rental products are fully returned and without any irreparable damage. Half of the amount $600+ is refunded once we receive the dress back!

What if I damage the dress? 
Accidents happen, please treat my pieces with love 🎀💫 
In the event of minor damage, we reserve the right to charge the cost to repair the item. Minor damages include, but are not limited to, removable stains, broken zippers, inconspicuous rips or snags, and/or other minor damages. If the item is excessively damaged, beyond repair, lost, stolen, or otherwise not returned, we reserve the right to charge up to the total estimated market value of the item. 
Custom Gown Rental Agreement. 
You agree to these terms once you make a payment. 
Rental Terms
1. Rental Fee: The Renter agrees to pay a rental fee of $600 - $800 (Pricing changes depending on time and design) for the use of the custom gown.
2. Security Hold: A security hold of $1200 will be paid to The La’Rue Design Co.  at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the gown, subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement.
3. Rental Period: The Renter agrees to return the gown within 5 days from the date of rental. Failure to return the gown within this timeframe will result in the full purchase price of $1200 being charged to the Renter.
Condition and Care
1. Condition Upon Delivery: The gown will be provided to the Renter in good condition. The Renter shall inspect the gown thoroughly upon receipt and immediately notify The La’Rue Design Co. of any existing damage. 
2. Use and Care: The Renter agrees to use the gown in a careful manner and to adhere to any care instructions provided by The La’Rue Design Co..
Return of the Gown
1. Return Condition: The gown must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, excluding normal wear and minimal repairs.
2. Damage and Repair Charges: If the gown is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, the Renter will be responsible for repair costs. These costs will be deducted from the garments original cost.
Payment and Refund
1. Payment: The rental fee and security deposit are payable at the time of rental.
2. Refund: The security deposit will be refunded in full, provided the gown is returned on time (within 4 days of event)  and in acceptable condition as per the terms of this agreement. If the garment is being shipped back this time is date of shipping and refund   Is processed once the garment is received and inspected. 
Liability
1. The Owner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of the gown during the rental period.
Miscellaneous
1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State
2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written, regarding the rental of the dress.
